九龙江口水体中不同相态磷的环境化学行为研究

摘要:
利用切向超滤技术分离和提取九龙江口水体中溶解相(粒径<0.45 μm)、胶体相(分子量>1 kDa,粒径<0.45 μm)和真溶解相 (分子量<1 kDa)的活性磷酸盐(SRP)和溶解态总磷(DTP),初步探讨了不同相中各形态磷的环境化学行为。研究表明,切向超滤过程的SRP和DTP系统空白分别为ND~0.001 mg/dm3和ND~0.005 mg/dm3,均未高于方法检出限;样品质量回收率为92.3%~100.0%,满足80.0%~120.0%质量技术要求。真溶解相中SRP、溶解态有机磷(DOP)和DTP占溶解相比例为65.3%~92.3%,存在形式以真溶解相为主;胶体相中SRP、DOP和DTP的含量分别为0.13~4.19、3.25~19.20 μg/dm3和3.39~23.40 μg/dm3,占溶解相比例为1.2%~17.0%;真溶解相和溶解相中的各形态磷含量主要受陆源输入控制。

Environmental chemical behavior of different phase phosphorus in water of Jiulongjiang Estuary

Abstract:
Soluble reactive phosphate (SRP) and dissolved total phosphorus (DTP) of colloidal phase (molecular weight>1 kDa, particle size<0.45 μm), true solution phase (molecular weight<1 kDa) and dissolved phase (particle size<0.45 μm) in water of Jiulongjiang Estuary were separated and extracted by the cross flow ultrafiltration technique. The environmental chemical behaviors of various forms of different phase phosphorus are preliminarily discussed. As result, the SRP and DTP system blanks of the crossflow ultrafiltration process were ND-0.001 mg/dm3 and ND-0.005 mg/dm3, respectively, which were no higher than the detection limit of the method. The sample quality recovery R was 92.3%-100.0%, satisfying the technical quality requirements of 80.0%-120.0%. The proportions of SRP, DOP and DTP in the dissolved phase, dominated by the real solution phase, were in ranges from 65.3% to 92.3%. The contents of SRP, DOP and DTP in the colloidal phase were (0.13-4.19) μg/dm3, (3.25-19.20) μg/dm3 and (3.39-23.40) μg/dm3, respectively, accounting for 1.2%-17.0% of the dissolved phase. The forms of phosphorus in the true solution phases and dissolved phases were mainly from the terrestrial inputs.
