湛江湾某燃煤电厂烟气脱硫海水排放区污损生物群落特点

摘要:
2016年2月至2017年3月在湛江湾某燃煤电厂烟气脱硫海水排放区进行了污损生物挂板调查,共记录污损生物 38 种,优势种是网纹藤壶(Amphibalanus reticalatus)、强壮板钩虾(Stenothoe valida)、翡翠贻贝(Perna viridis)、圆鳃麦杆虫(Caprella penantis)等,调查海域全年均有污损生物附着,但种类和附着量季节性差异明显,污损生物附着盛期为春季和秋季,污损生物群落Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)和 Margalef 丰富度指数(d)春季最高.相关性分析显示,中层挂片上生物量与盐度、悬浮物含量呈显著性相关,相关系数为-0.694和0.701.ABC曲线分析显示,夏季、秋季、上半年、下半年污损生物群落结构不稳定,冬季群落结构稳定性受到严重威胁,春季、周年挂片群落结构稳定.

Trait of fouling organism community in wastewater discharge area of desulfurized power plant in Zhanjiang Bay

Abstract:
An biofouling investigation were conducted in the outlet of Seawater Flue Gas Desulphurization (SFGD) from a coalcombusion power plant in Zhanjiang Bay from February 2016 to March 2017. A total of 38 species were recorded. The dominant species were Amphibalanus reticalatus, Stenothoe valida, Perna viridis, Caprella penantisetc. The settlements of marine fouling organisms occurred throughout the year particularly in spring and autumn, indicating an obvious seasonal variation in species and biomass. The Shannon-Wiener Diversity Index and the Margalef Richness Index were the highest in spring. According to the Pearson correlation analysis the biomass was significantly and negatively related to salinity and positively related to suspended solids with coefficients of -0.694 and 0.701, respectively. According to the result of ABC curve analysis, the community structure of fouling organisms was instable on the plates exposed in summer, autumn, the first-half and the last-half year. The community structure was rather stable in spring and on the year plates. However,the stability suffered a heavy interference in winter.
