针对现阶段BDS星座在我国周边海区的服务性能评估问题,给出星座可用性和星座覆盖性评估指标及计算公式,对基于格网划分的太平洋、印度洋评估海区作系统性测试分析.评估数据表明,BDS星座在60°S~60°N,150°~180°E和60°S~30°N,40°~70°E海区服务性能达到合格以上;评估海区在经度上由150°E向东、70°E向西,纬度上由高纬度至低纬度地区,BDS星座服务性能逐渐变差;部分海区及部分历元下BDS服务性能可达到优、良级别.该评估结果确定了BDS星座在海上服务性能达到各等级的海区范围,可为BDS在海上应用的拓展提供一定参考. |

Abstract: |
In view of the service performance evaluation of BDS constellations in the peripheral sea areas of our country at the present stage, the constellation usability and constellation coverage assessment index and calculation formula are given, and a systematic test and analysis of the Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean assessment sea areas based on grid partition is made. The assessment data shows that the BDS constellation has been qualified above 60°S~60°N, 150°~180°E and 60°S ~30°N, 40°~70°E sea areas. The assessed sea areas have a longitude from 150°E to the east and 70°E to the west. At low latitudes, the performance of BDS constellations gradually deteriorates. The performance of BDS services in some sea areas and some epochs can reach excellent and good levels. The result of the assessment confirms that the BDS constellation achieves sea level performance at all levels of sea service which can be taken as reference for the expansion of BDS applications at sea. |
